  • Our application process is completed entirely online. If you choose to qualify based on your own income and credit, you will need to upload income verification for the last 1 month of pay.

  • The application fee is $35. Each individual applicant and co-signer will be responsible for paying an application fee.

  • The security deposit is equal to one month of rent. However, please be sure to reference the listing for any current security deposit specials that may apply.

  • All leases are 12 months minimum.

  • Yes! Peak Property Group is pet friendly!  

    Fees Associated: $35 monthly fee per pet and a $250 nonrefundable pet fee. 

  • Renovations have been completed within the last year and a half.

  • Monthly Fees Include:

    Foxen Liability Waiver: $16/month

    This program acts as liability insurance.

    Rentistry Credit Builder: $9/month

    This program reports your timely rental payments to the credit bureaus.

    One Time Fees Include:

    An administrative flat fee of $100 per unit is due at move-in.

  • Yes, both programs can be opted out of by completing the following:

    Liability Waiver Program: By providing proof of your own renter’s & liability insurance, this monthly fee is waived.

    A link to opt out of this program is included in your lease addendums!

  • About 75-90 days from your lease expiration, you will receive your renewal offer as well as communication from our team about your renewal options.

  • This apartment has a digital lock so you will be provided with your lock codes via text or email on your move in day.

  • Yes, part of the process of preparing your home for move in includes changing the lock codes.

  • Our residents are responsible for paying electricity, water, and gas.

    Gas: Residents are responsible for setting this up with Columbia Gas. 

    Electric: Residents are responsible for setting this up with AEP 

    Water: Residents do not need to setup water utility. Peak Property Group will set this up on their behalf. This will be billed through Guardian Water and Power, a third-party billing company, who will send bills to your residence. All balances are to be paid on your Peak Property Group portal on the 1st of every month.

  • Columbia Gas and AEP.

  • Each resident will be provided with a parking pass free of charge. 

  • No, parking first comes first serve! Additional parking can be found on nearby city streets. 

  • Guests can utilize street parking surrounding the property. 

  • We have landscapers take care of the lawn and all landscaping.

  • The Chambers Apartments is conveniently located in the Columbus City Schools District & buses to:

    1. Cranbrook Elementary school 

    2. Ridgeview Middle School 

    3. Centennial Highschool
